Diversity & Inclusion at bloomberg

Inclusion means all of us.

 

Bloomberg is dedicated to valuing difference, fostering inclusion, and promoting collaboration, because the data shows that when every employee is empowered to impact our business, we all win. For 2021 the message we wanted to push was not just that of diversity that is easy, instead we wanted to focus on making everyone feel included through imagery and language.

 


Illustration

We developed a series of 21 illustrations with illustrator Louisa Cannell which show the diversity the company represents. In order to make everyone feel included we made a clear distinction that people don’t necessarily fit into a singular category often there is intersectionality in someone’s identity.

These illustrations are meant to be used through all of 2021 for the company’s diversity communities, events, and internal campaigns for pride, Black History Month, and more.
